TRANSFORM MY SCORE TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.TransformMyScore.com and the services provided by Hermox Document Solutions LLC ("Transform My Score," "we," "us," "our"), a Michigan limited liability company.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. WHO WE ARE

1.1 What Transform My Score Is

Transform My Score is a credit repair service. We help consumers identify and dispute potentially inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable items on their credit reports with credit bureaus and furnishers, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable consumer protection laws.

Our services may include:

Credit report analysis and review

Identification of potentially disputable items

Preparation and sending of dispute letters to credit bureaus and furnishers

Credit education and coaching

Strategy guidance for building positive credit

Ongoing case management and progress tracking

1.2 What Transform My Score Is NOT

Transform My Score is NOT a law firm. We are not attorneys, do not provide legal advice, do not represent clients in court, and do not establish an attorney-client relationship with you. If your situation requires legal representation, you should consult a licensed attorney.

Transform My Score does not promise specific credit score increases, the removal of any specific item from your credit report, or any specific outcome. Results depend on the accuracy of items on your credit report, the responses of credit bureaus and furnishers, and individual circumstances.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use Transform My Score services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age

Be a U.S. resident with a valid Social Security Number

Have the legal authority to authorize credit report disputes on your own behalf

Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your credit situation

Use our services only for lawful purposes related to your own credit

Transform My Score reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

3. SERVICES AND PRICING

3.1 Service Plans

Transform My Score offers credit repair services on a flat-fee or monthly-subscription basis. Specific pricing is provided to you during your free consultation and confirmed in writing before any payment is collected.

Our plans start at $75 per month. Exact pricing depends on the scope of your credit situation and the services you select.

3.2 What's Included

Each service plan includes:

Initial credit report analysis

Identification of potentially disputable items

Preparation and sending of dispute letters to credit bureaus and furnishers (as authorized by you)

Regular progress updates

Access to your client portal for case tracking

Customer support via email and phone

3.3 What's NOT Included

The following are NOT included in any Transform My Score plan:

Legal representation or court appearances

Tax advice

Investment advice

Mortgage origination or loan placement

Guaranteed credit score increases

Removal of accurate, verifiable, current information from your credit report (this is not legally permissible)

3.4 Third-Party Fees

Transform My Score's fees do not include any fees you may owe to third parties, such as:

Credit monitoring service fees

Credit report purchase fees (if you choose to obtain reports independently)

Postage or notarization fees for documents you elect to send yourself

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

By using Transform My Score, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about yourself and your credit situation

Authorize Transform My Score to communicate with credit bureaus and furnishers on your behalf as needed to deliver services

Not dispute items you know to be accurate

Review communications from credit bureaus and furnishers and forward relevant correspondence to Transform My Score

Comply with all applicable laws regarding your credit and financial matters

Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or account information

5. CONSUMER CREDIT FILE RIGHTS

You have rights under federal and state law regarding your credit file. Among other rights, you have:

The right to obtain a free copy of your credit report from each of the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) once every 12 months at www.annualcreditreport.com

The right to dispute inaccurate or unverifiable information on your credit report directly with credit bureaus and furnishers without cost

The right to fair and accurate credit reporting under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)

The right to a free credit report if a creditor has taken adverse action against you based on credit report information

The right to know if your credit file has been used against you in employment or other decisions

The right to limit "prescreened" credit offers

You do not need to hire any company, including Transform My Score, to dispute items on your credit report. You can dispute items yourself directly with credit bureaus at no cost.

Transform My Score offers a paid service that handles the dispute process on your behalf as a convenience, but the underlying rights belong to you and can be exercised independently.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES

Transform My Score makes no guarantee, warranty, or representation about the outcome of any credit repair effort. Specifically:

We do not guarantee any specific credit score increase

We do not guarantee removal of any specific item from your credit report

We do not guarantee approval for any loan, credit card, mortgage, or other financial product

We do not guarantee any specific timeline for results

Results depend on the actual accuracy of items disputed, the responses received from credit bureaus and furnishers, and individual circumstances that may vary widely from case to case.

7. REFUND POLICY

Transform My Score maintains a separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at www.TransformMyScore.com/refund-policy.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Our Website and Content

All content on www.TransformMyScore.com — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements — is owned by Hermox Document Solutions LLC or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of information you provide to us. By providing information, you grant Transform My Score a limited license to use that information to deliver the services you've requested.

9. COMMUNICATIONS — TCPA CONSENT

By providing your phone number to Transform My Score and consenting to SMS communications (through a checkbox, verbal "yes," or other affirmative action), you agree to receive text messages from Transform My Score at the phone number provided, including:

Consultation confirmations and reminders

Service update notifications

Follow-up messages

Promotional offers and service updates (with consent)

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

TRANSFORM MY SCORE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 No Legal Advice

TRANSFORM MY SCORE DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE AND IN COMMUNICATIONS WITH US IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND CREDIT REPAIR SERVICE PURPOSES ONLY. YOU SHOULD CONSULT A LICENSED ATTORNEY IF YOU NEED LEGAL ADVICE.

10.3 No Outcome Guarantees

TRANSFORM MY SCORE MAKES NO GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY REGARDING THE OUTCOME OF ANY CREDIT REPAIR EFFORT. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS VARY.

10.4 No Financial Advice

TRANSFORM MY SCORE DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, OR TAX ADVICE. CONSULT QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS FOR THOSE NEEDS.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRANSFORM MY SCORE, HERMOX DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or business reputation

Damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services

Damages arising from credit decisions made by lenders, creditors, or third parties

Damages arising from credit bureau or furnisher responses to disputes

TRANSFORM MY SCORE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TRANSFORM MY SCORE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Transform My Score, Hermox Document Solutions LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of Transform My Score services

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of any applicable law

Your violation of any rights of a third party

Any information you provided to us that was inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION — MANDATORY ARBITRATION

13.1 Agreement to Arbitrate

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of Transform My Score services, or any communications between you and Transform My Score shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

This includes disputes about the formation, interpretation, breach, or validity of these Terms.

13.2 Carve-Outs

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction. This arbitration agreement does not preclude either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE LIMITED TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL DISPUTE WITH TRANSFORM MY SCORE. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13.4 Location and Costs

Arbitration shall take place in Michigan or remotely at the option of the claimant. Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs except as the arbitrator may otherwise allocate.

13.5 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Macomb County, Michigan.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of Transform My Score after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.

16. MISCELLANEOUS

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and SMS Consent Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Transform My Score.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

16.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a business transfer.

16.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
